Job description

As HRD Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of human resource management, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. You will play a key role in developing HR strategies that align with company goals, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and supporting overall organizational growth.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in line with company objectives.

Lead manpower planning and recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified talents.

Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive work culture.

Design and oversee training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Provide strategic HR advice to management and support organizational change initiatives.

Supervise HR staff and ensure effective HR operations.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Sarjana) in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with strong leadership skills.

In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
