HRD & GA SUPERVISOR

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRD & GA Supervisor to join our team at PT Mulia Hastu Gemilang, a leading company in the hospitality industry and property management. This full-time role will be based in Jakarta Raya and will play a crucial part in overseeing the company's human resources and general administration functions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Oversee the company's general administration, including office management, facilities, and administrative support
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals
  • Provide HR-related advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage and supervise a team of HR and administrative personnel
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR and general administration supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or property industry
