Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Law or Psychology
  • At least 2 years of experience as HRGA Staff or Legal Staff
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian Law and Regulation
  • Ability to provide legal opinions and advice
  • Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Visio
  • Good communication skills for maintaining relationships with internal and external parties
  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 certification is an advantage

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Review and draft contracts and agreements
  • Provide legal support to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Manage licensing and permits
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and other HR administrative tasks
  • Responsible for extending permits related to company operations
  • General HR administration support (recruitment, training, KPI, etc.)
  • Regulate the activities of Drivers, Office Boy, and Security Guards
