About the role

PT Diamulia Internusa' is seeking an experienced HRD to join our team. As HRD, you will play a crucial role in shaping our human resources strategy and initiatives in our office in South Tangerang Banten. This is a hands-on position that will involve overseeing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and training and development.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's business goals
2. Managing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
3. Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
4. Overseeing employee relations and addressing any workplace issues or disputes
5. Designing and delivering training and development programs to upskill and engage our workforce
6. Ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
7. Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and implement strategic HR initiatives

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the consulting industry
2. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
4. Proficient in HR software and data analysis to inform decision-making
5. A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
6. A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
