Job description

• Support manager in organization and personnel management work, improve operation effectiveness. Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Monitor the execution of the HR plan, track on-boarding and release of resources to ensure timeliness, manage personnel selection and utilization and take responsibility of HR efficiency

• Support for talent management. Identify capability gaps and organize and drive the improvement of relevant capabilities, including training, talent capability development plan

• Support in organizational climate building to enhance team cohesiveness and improve team vitality

• Take responsibilities and properly carried out personnel performance management

• Support in HR related operation & administrative work

• Act as both a liaison and an advisor and provide expertise on HR related knowledge scope to staff and management .

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor Degree’s in any major

• Minimum Has 2 years experience in HR

• Reliable, responsible and accountable

• Have good negotiation skill and communication skill
