A prominent company is seeking an HRBP to support strategic objectives by providing tailored HR solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders to tackle workforce challenges, drive employee engagement initiatives, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in HR and strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
About the role
As an HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner), you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic objectives by partnering closely with business leaders and managers. Joining our dynamic team in remote area of Jambi or Kalimantan, you will be responsible for providing tailored HR solutions and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
What you'll be doing
Collaborating with business leaders to understand their workforce challenges and requirements, and developing effective HR strategies to address them
Partnering with the HR team to design and implement HR programs, policies and initiatives that align with the company's goals
Providing guidance and coaching to managers on people management best practices, employee relations and performance management
Identifying and implementing solutions to optimize workforce productivity and effectiveness
Supporting the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding of new hires
Driving employee engagement and learning & development initiatives to enhance our company culture
Analyzing HR data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
What we're looking for
At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced, complex organization.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, performance management, employee relations and learning & development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with all levels of the organization.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex HR challenges
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable HR strategies
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
