Job description

Responsible for the human resources strategy, policies, systems, processes, and procedures of overseas branches based on the overall business direction of the company, ensuring the effective implementation of company policies in overseas regions.

Manage the overseas recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and processing employment documents, to ensure the company attracts and selects suitable talents.

Establish good cooperative relationships with overseas recruitment agencies and talent markets, broaden recruitment channels, meet the company's overseas talent needs, and ensure that service compliance, quality, and timeliness meet the needs of rapid business development.

Handle personnel issues for overseas employees, including employee relations management, salary payment, tax declaration, social insurance payment, conflict resolution, employee consultation, performance management, and comprehensive personnel matters related to work/business visas.

Timely understanding and tracking of changes in labor laws and regulations in various countries overseas, providing compliance advice and solutions for the company, and ensuring the legal operation of the company.

Qualifications for the position:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in both Chinese and English, can be used as a working language, with over 5 years of personnel work experience and over 3 years of overseas personnel related work experience. Familiarity with employment policies in Southeast Asian countries is preferred.
  • Familiar with and proficient in various modules of human resource management, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc.
  • Having a deep understanding of labor laws, regulations, cultural customs, business practices, and tax policies in different countries and regions can effectively handle legal and tax issues related to overseas employees.
  • Having good communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and cross-cultural communication skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • Having a high sense of responsibility, dedication, and teamwork spirit, able to work effectively and qualitatively with a results oriented approach under pressure, and complete various tasks on time.
