Be a Trusted Partner – Work closely with line managers to guide employee relations, improve team dynamics, and build management capability through coaching and insights.

Drive Data-Informed Decisions – Monitor and analyze people metrics, provide reports and recommendations that help leaders make smarter talent decisions.

Enable Change & Growth – Support cultural transformation and change initiatives with well-planned communication, empathy, and clarity.

Champion Employee Experience – Contribute to employee engagement strategies, career planning, and learning opportunities to build a thriving, future-ready workforce.

A bit about you:

At least 4 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, matrixed or agency environment.

Hands-on experience in multiple HR areas: employee engagement, performance, employee relations, and L&D.

Strong business acumen, with a passion for translating data into meaningful people insights.

Great interpersonal and communication skills—you’re proactive, clear, and people-centered.

A growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to shape how HR shows up in a dynamic organization.
