About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Training & Development Officer to join our dynamic team at PT YKK Zipper Indonesia in Cibitung District, Bekasi, West Java. As our HR Training & Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What you'll be doing

Assessing the organisation's training and development needs through comprehensive needs analysis

Developing and implementing tailored training programs to address the identified gaps and support the professional growth of our employees

Facilitating and delivering engaging training sessions on a wide range of HR-related topics, including but not limited to onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and soft skills

Collaborating with subject matter experts and external training providers to curate and deliver high-quality training content

Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Maintaining training records and providing regular progress reports to the management team

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR training and development, and incorporating them into the company's learning and development initiatives

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR Training & Development role, preferably within the manufacturing industry

Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify training needs and design effective solutions

Proficient in the use of learning management systems, training software, and other relevant technologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

A passion for talent development and a proven track record of driving positive organisational impact through training and development initiatives
