You will coordinate with HR management to implement sourcing strategies, attend recruitment events, and ensure the organization recruits high-quality candidates. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology and at least 5 years of experience in HR Recruitment is required. This role demands strong communication and problem-solving skills alongside a pleasant personality.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR – Talent Acquisition Department Head, who is responsible for creating, analyzing, reviewing, and fulfilling Manpower Planning (MPP) in order to find the right talent (quality) and the right time (SLA hiring).

Job Description:

Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of recruitment activities.

Coordinate with HR Division Manager to develop and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.

Coordinate with HR Division Manager to organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Sourcing high-quality candidates in line with organizational needs.

Oversee the hiring process, which includes coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting reference checks.

Take full responsibility with users in meeting recruitment needs.

Requirements:

Professional credential, such as Behavioral Event Interview (BEI).

Have hands-on and good experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Jobstreet), and Microsoft (Power Point, Excel, Word).

Have hands-on and good experience in delivering psych tests and analyzing the results, developing ability tests, and checking background.

A team player with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and competing priorities.

High level of maturity and sense of responsibility.

Qualifications:
  • Have at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably Retail & Food Beverage experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and well-organized.
