A leading company in manufacturing is seeking an HR Supervisor based in Cikarang. The role involves managing C&B processes, recruitment, and employee development while providing HR support to management. Candidates should have 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational setting, and familiarity with the Sunfish HRIS system.
Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting one of our Manufacturing Clientsin their search for a HR Supervisor that will be based in Cikarang.
What will you do?
Oversee and administer C&B processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll and benefits management using Sunfish HRIS system.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, in alignment with organizational needs.
Design and facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and skill advancement.
Manage industrial relations, handle employee grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Supervise, guide, and develop a small HR team (1-2 subordinates).
Act as a key HR partner, providing professional advice and support to management and employees.
Report directly to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with senior leadership.
We're looking for someone who has:
Minimum 5-10 years of HR experience, with proven specialization in C&B and Sunfish HRIS system.
Prior experience in a multinational manufacturing company (MNC) is preferable.
Hands-on experience managing HR processes for over 200 employees.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to make firm and fair decisions.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
