Overview

About the role We are seeking a talented and dedicated HRGA to join the dynamic team at our company. Our company is a fast growing company.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support and services to the organisation, based in South Jakarta, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, Law is a Plus
  • MUST able to speak English, Mandarin is a PLUS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of leadership, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fast working
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Have experience at OSS reporting and LKPM
What you'll be doing
  • Make Company Regulations
  • Make SOP
  • Conducting legal research and providing legal analysis to support the company's operations
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Report OSS & LKPM.
  • Maintaining and updating legal records and documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
  • Providing administrative support to the HRGA department as needed
