HR Supervisor - Generalist

HAUFF' is currently seeking an experienced HR Supervisor - Generalist to join our dynamic team in Cibubur - Bekasi, West Java. As an HR Supervisor - Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the full range of human resources activities within our organisation.

Responsibilities

1. Assisting with recruitment and selection activities
2. Overseeing the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs
3. Handling employee onboarding, offboarding, and development
4. Calculating employee compensation and benefits
5. Coordinating and monitoring the performance management process
6. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
7. Handling internal audits and other HR legal matters
8. Handling complaints, managing office inventory and daily operational needs
9. Collaborating with the HR team to identify and implement HR initiatives that support the organisation's strategic objectives
