  3. Have Experience Working as HR (Training) and GA in Manufacture Japanese Company For More Than 3 Years
  4. Handling Recruitment, Training, Payroll and Legal
  5. Fluently in English - Both Writing and Speaking
  6. Willing to work at Karawang area

  1. Administer Compensation and Benefit Plans
  2. Assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Process
  3. Conduct Employee Onboarding and Help Organize Training & Development Initiatives
  4. Provide Support to Employees in Various HR-Related Topics Such as Leaves and Compensation and Resolve Any Issues
  5. Promote HR Programs to Create an Efficient and Conflict-Free Work Environment
  6. Assist in Development and Implementation of Human Resource Policies
  7. Undertake Tasks Around Performance Management
  8. Organize Quarterly and Annual Employee Performance Reviews
