Job summary

A leading industrial supplier in Indonesia is seeking an HR professional to manage compliance with BPJS regulations, oversee payroll, and coordinate onboarding. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, have 2-5 years of HR experience, and preferably be fluent in Mandarin. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in HR function.
• Strong knowledge of BPJS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Fluent to communicate in MANDARIN both written and verbal is preferable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

• Ensure compliance with BPJS regulations and manage the entire process, from enrollment to claims processing.
• Review employment contracts for both full-time and contract employees.
• Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Handle the entire payroll cycle, including data input, calculation, verification, and distribution.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accuracy in salary disbursement and tax compliance.
