The Successful Applicant
- At least 7 years of experience paired with a solid educational background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR management, with previous consulting experience of hands-on large-scale OD projects within holding companies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data for decision-making.
- Experience in leading teams and managing cross-departmental projects
