The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizational development or talent management, prior consulting experience of involvement in large-scale OD exposure is a huge plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strategic mindset.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and HR best practices.
