Job description

The HR Staff supports core HR operations with a focus on contract management, employee lifecycle processes, foreign work permits, and compensation support, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor laws.

Job Description:
1.
Employment Contract & Data Management

  • Monitor and process employee contract renewals.

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.

2. Offboarding & Exit Process

  • Handle resignations and terminations, including clearance, exit interviews, and final payments.
  • Ensure return of company property and system deactivation.

3. Foreigner Work Permits (KITAS)

  • Coordinate KITAS and work permit processes for expatriate employees.
  • Liaise with government agencies and consultants for document preparation and renewals

  • 4. Overtime & Incentive Administration

    • Collect, verify, and process overtime data and incentive payouts.

    • Work with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payments

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field
