A leading company in retail seeks an HR Staff to manage employee contracts, offboarding processes, and foreign work permits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields and at least one year of relevant experience, contributing to HR compliance and operational effectiveness.
The HR Staff supports core HR operations with a focus on contract management, employee lifecycle processes, foreign work permits, and compensation support, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor laws.
Job Description:
1. Employment Contract & Data Management
Monitor and process employee contract renewals.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
2. Offboarding & Exit Process
Ensure return of company property and system deactivation.
3. Foreigner Work Permits (KITAS)
Liaise with government agencies and consultants for document preparation and renewals
4. Overtime & Incentive Administration
Collect, verify, and process overtime data and incentive payouts.
Work with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration or generalist roles
