Job description

Mutiara Harapan Islamic School, a leading Islamic international school committed to nurturing future leaders through academic excellence and strong moral values, is looking for a highly experienced HR Staff to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Staff with proven experience in handling end-to-end HR processes. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about supporting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support performance evaluation processes and staff development initiatives.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and government compliance.
  • Handle employee relations and assist with conflict resolution.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and HRIS updates.
  • Coordinate training, workshops, and internal HR programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR officer role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in handling HR processes end to end.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in educational institutions is a plus.
