Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection: posting job vacancies and screening resumes, interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Maintain applicant databases and recruitment records
  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and organize HR documents in compliance with labor regulations
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR (fresh graduates with internships are welcome to apply)
  • Experience in handling recruitment, employee data, and HR administration is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
