Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in HR administration tasks such as recruitment documentation, employee attendance monitoring, and compliance reporting.
Accurately prepare and process employee payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and adjustments.
Support general affairs functions, including office supply management, employee mob-demob and event coordination.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of local labor regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS is a plus.
High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Willing to be placed in our jobsite at North Kalimantan, with roster based.
