Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes, HR administration, and basic industrial relations.
  • Familiar with HRIS systems (experience with Odoo is a plus).

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.
  • Experienced in managing HR documents, employee database, and filing systems.
  • Preferably with experience in shipping or oil & gas companies.
