Job description

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in HR.

Knowledgeable of basic HRM function and its general administration.

Experience in operation HRIS application system.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, persuasiveness, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Canva.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

Administer and support employee relations activities.

Coordinate and manage employee engagement programs.

Oversee and process working permits and related documents for expatriates.

Monitor and implement workplace health and safety initiatives.
