Job description

Conducting end to end employee recruitment process (job posting, sorting, scheduling relevant tests & interviews).

Responsible for all HR related work: HRIS, employee database, number of employees, turnover, organizational charts, private insurance, monthly report, etc.

Managing the employee agreement including all related documents and managing employee contracts.

Managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP), BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) including employee registration and all related activities.

Record attendance, overtime, permits, sickness or leave of employees to support the payroll process.

Industrial Relation management. For example: Conduct disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations or policies, etc.

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

Responsible for monthly employee payroll accounting.

Responsible for administrative matters and other tasks assigned by Manager.

General Qualifications:

Able to join ASAP (immediately).

Proficient in English will be an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as HR (Experienced in recruitment, compensation and employee relations).

Good knowledge of Human Resources, especially in HR Policies, Procedures, Job Descriptions, SOPs.

In-depth knowledge of labor law, BPJS, Income Tax calculation (PPh21) and employee regulations.

Have good skills in using Ms. Office (Excel, Power point & Word).

Prior experience in payroll is preferred.
