Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a fair and competitive remuneration structure, aligned with both internal equity and external market standards, by utilizing salary surveys, job evaluations, and employee performance assessments to ensure equitable compensation.
- Lead the implementation of HRIS and establish a centralized shared services center to transform HR functions into a more efficient, effective, and data-driven operation while enhancing employee service quality.
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process-from calculation to disbursement-ensuring timeliness, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and system optimization for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster harmonious industrial relations through open communication and constructive dialogue. Conduct training for employees and management on company regulations, and facilitate conflict resolution through appropriate mechanisms to maintain industrial stability.
- Plan, organize, and execute engaging and innovative employee events to reinforce the company's culture based on its Core Values and Leadership Traits (CVLT), boost morale, strengthen team bonding, and encourage active participation in corporate initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within the same company.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
