A leading company in the textile industry is seeking a Human Resources professional to develop and manage workforce planning strategies, employee development programs, and ensure accurate personnel administration. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Law or Human Resource Management and have a solid understanding of recruitment and training processes, alongside experience in the textile sector.
Understanding of recruitment, training, and employee development processes.
Develop and implement workforce (manpower) planning strategies.
Design and manage employee development and career path programs.
Handle personnel administration and employee records accurately.
Manage compensation and payroll systems effectively.
Possess a solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance
REQUIREMENTS :
Maximum age of 40 years old.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or Human Resource Management.
Proven understanding of recruitment, training, and employee development processes.
Experience or familiarity with HR functions in the textile industry, particularly in DF and Sizing departments.
Demonstrates integrity, strong leadership qualities, effective communication, critical thinking, agility, and a collaborative team spirit.
