Job description

Ensure payroll and compensation compliance, including Income Tax Article 21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, private insurance, and other statutory benefits.

Support the HR Manager in end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.

Draft and manage employment agreements and other HR-related documentation.

Lead employee onboarding and coordinate training and development programs, including performance management processes.

Provide day-to-day support to employees on HR-related matters.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Coordinate the annual employee performance review process.

Work closely with General Affairs to organize internal events and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any major; a background in psychology is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the HR operational field.

Strong knowledge of payroll processes, Income Tax Article 21, HRIS systems, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a results-driven team.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under pressure.
