Job Description

  • Overview and manage the day-to-day human resources function, including Industrial Relation function
  • Becoming a solid business partner for management and users to provide insights and strategies in relation to people
  • Managing and maintaining good relationship with labor union to ensure productive environment for all level of the organization
  • Driving policy implementation, improvement and development of organization, and digitization of HR function

Requirement

  • Open for relocation to Batam
  • Previous experiences in manufacturing company, preferably with a large number of workforce
  • 10 years of experience within HR function, minimum 4 years within management
  • Previous experiences in handling labor union
  • Previous experiences in implementing change and digitisation of HR system
  • Fluency in Bahasa and English Language
