Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry organizations, and recruitment agencies.
  • Design and execute competency-based assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored talent acquisition solutions.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resources, Min GPA 3.00.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR fields, especially recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding, or talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and talent evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
