About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR - Recruitment professional to join our team at PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. This full-time position will be responsible for driving our recruitment efforts and ensuring we attract the best talent to support our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top candidates

Screening and assessing applicants to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications

Coordinating the interview process and providing recommendations on hiring decisions

Maintaining a talent pipeline and database of prospective candidates

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs

Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Providing regular reporting and analytics on recruitment activities and performance

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR - Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to identify top talent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
