An established industry player is seeking a passionate Training and Development Specialist to enhance employee skills through effective training programs. This role involves assessing training needs, delivering engaging training sessions, and collaborating with managers to develop individual development plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources Management and a commitment to continuous improvement in learning and development. Plan monthly and quarterly Training and Employee activities for employees.
Maintain and check employees' monthly KPI.
Assist in the Employee Development Plan Concept.
Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with Managers.
Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques.
Work alongside managers to conduct training based on the analysis of employees' competencies.
Conduct assessments on employee competencies for the purpose of career development.
Conduct development programs such as On the Job Training (OJT) and Development Projects based on employees’ needs.
Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling trainings, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
Monitor training and employee activities to ensure they are relevant and effective.
Ensure implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDP) related to training and development.
Conduct follow-up implementation of new training and activities based on training evaluation results.
Make action plans based on employee competency analysis.
Continuous improvement in Learning & Development.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in handling Training and Development.
Experience in creating curriculum and modules is preferred.
