Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with the Finance & Accounting Department to ensure timely and accurate remittance for employees every month.
Execute other employees allowances and benefits.
Complete social and health insurance (BPJS), personal accident, life insurance, or other insurance benefits for employees every month on a case-by-case basis.
Make reports to social and health insurance (BPJS) every month as per mandatory requirements.
Complete monthly personal income tax declarations for employees and expatriates, and report to the Tax Office.
Compile annual personal income tax finalizations for employees and expatriates, and report to the Tax Office.
Handle all matters with utmost attention to the confidentiality of compensation data and processes.
