Job description

Responsibilities

1. Assist in processing payroll administration.
2. Input payroll payments for non-staff levels, compensation & benefits, etc., into the Bank System.
3. Report and analyze HR data.
4. Coordinate with external parties such as BPJS regarding regulations, data, and correspondence.
5. Assist in coordinating with internal employees related to Employee Relations responsibilities.
6. Manage document archiving both digitally and in hardcopy.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably in Economics.
2. Maximum age of 30 years old.
3. Having 2-4 years of relevant experience.
4. Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office.
7. Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
