A dynamic company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage employee requests, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a pivotal role in supporting our HR initiatives and maintaining employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Support HR projects, events, and learning activities.
  • Ensure HR administration processes comply with labor laws.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage employee requests through the HR ticketing system: Non-salary Letter Requests and ensure timely resolution of HR-related queries, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Manage employee data for onboarding and offboarding processes (prepare and issue employment-related letters, such as employee reference letters, and other needed letters).
  • Manage expenses in Netsuite system for HR.
  • Support HR projects, events, and learning activities.
  • Ensure HR administration processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from any background, preferably from administration, secretarial, management or a related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
