Handle termination processes, industrial relations cases, and retention strategies with professionalism and minimal risk exposure.
Oversee Compensation & Benefits and respond to employee-related concerns regarding payroll, benefits, and entitlements.
Supervise and validate payroll calculations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
Manage and maintain confidential employee case files and generate reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
Proven track record in Employee & Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Compliance, HR Legal, and HRGA.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law (especially PKWTT management, termination procedures, and dispute resolution).
Excellent problem-solving ability in handling termination and retention cases.
Must have no history of labor arbitration or unresolved disputes with previous employers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (MUST) and Bahasa Indonesia (native).
Strong discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Solid foundation in payroll processes and C&B practices.
