Job Description
  • Act as the employee liaison for questions and concerns related to company policy and employment.
  • Responsible for following up and processing probations and contract renewals.
  • Administer leave requests; check for allowance, eligibility, and enforce policy.
  • Advise people managers in handling special employee situations.
  • Support HR Manager in the paperwork for promotions, demotions, and terminations.
  • Support HR Manager in collecting data and documents for compliance.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience or at least an internship in a similar capacity.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and willing to wear many hats.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and its functions, including conditional formatting and data analysis functions.
  • Able to work fast and meticulously under pressure.
  • Experience in HRIS systems and their implementation is a plus.
  • Desire to grow and explore new areas.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken) is a plus.
