We’re looking for a HR Operations Associate to join the Account Operations team in our Regional Talent Solutions business (visit https://talenthub.glints.com/ for more!). In this role, you will act as a trusted HR partner and consultant for our clients, ensuring seamless HR operations while building strong relationships with internal key stakeholders and clients. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, managing complex challenges with professionalism, and driving operational excellence to consistently exceed client expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the primary HR consultant and operations partner for clients across Singapore and Asia region
• Manage seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for clients' employees
• Ensure HR compliance and stay updated with local labor regulations in Indonesia
• Oversee accurate and timely salary disbursements, ensuring payroll process compliance
• Maintain and update HRMS data accurately and on time
• Resolve client issues efficiently within defined resolution times using HubSpot ticketing
• Build strong client relationships by addressing their concerns, maintaining professional communication, and ensuring high client satisfaction
• Negotiate and manage client expectations, including minimizing customizations and effectively rejecting non-compliant requests while convincing clients of alternative solutions

Who We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years experience in HR Operations, HRBP, People Operations, Account Operations, HR Consultant, Key Account Management or related fields. Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus
• Knowledgeable in Indonesia labor laws and compliance across various jurisdictions
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage client complaints and maintain professional relationships
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication
• Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all deliverables
• Fast learner with an adaptive and proactive mindset
• Effective problem-solver with a strong ability to resolve issues independently
• Skilled at balancing client needs with internal processes, maintaining professionalism when rejecting unreasonable requests
