Job description

To manage all administrative and operational HR processes efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with labor regulations, supporting business continuity and employee satisfaction.

Roles:

Employee Administration: Maintain and update employee data, attendance, leave records, and employment documents (contracts, warnings, etc.).

Payroll Support: Prepare payroll data including overtime, deductions, and benefits; coordinate with Finance or payroll vendors.

BPJS & Benefits: Manage BPJS registration, updates, and claims; support employee welfare programs (e.g., medical check-ups).

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure HR operations follow labor laws; prepare required documents for audits and government reporting.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle new hire documentation, orientation, resignation process, and exit formalities.

HR Reporting: Compile and provide HR-related reports (e.g., attendance, turnover, headcount).

Branch Coordination: Liaise with branch offices to implement HR policies, ensure administrative consistency, and provide support.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Law, Management, or Psychology).

1–2 years’ experience in HR administration or operations. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

Good understanding of labor law, payroll, and attendance systems (we use Talenta).

Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in MS Excel; HRIS experience is a plus.
