Job Requirement:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  3. Experience in handling BPJS administration for hundreds to thousands of employees.
  4. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
  7. Proficient in HRIS, MS Office Suite, G-drive, Spreadsheet, Google Docs.
Job Description:
  1. BPJS Management
    1. Register and manage BPJS.
    2. Handle BPJS-related paperwork and ensure timely monthly payments.
    3. Stay updated with BPJS policies and ensure the company is compliant.
  2. Contract Management
    1. Prepare and manage employment contracts.
    2. Ensure contracts are up-to-date and legally compliant.
    3. Handle contract renewals or terminations as needed.
  3. Administration Process
    1. Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
    2. Maintain organized and accurate employee records.
    3. Assist in coordinating HR activities and processes.
  4. Data Management
    1. Keep employee data secure and updated in the company’s system.
    2. Generate reports on HR-related data for management.
    3. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data.
