This role is strictly for Indonesian nationals and is located at our Jakarta office.
Job Purpose

Manage and grow relationships with Elabram Systems key clients in the Manpower Solutions Outsourcing division. Act as the main contact for client needs, ensure service delivery quality, and lead internal teams to meet operational and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term partnership.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored HR and outsourcing solutions.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end operations (recruitment, payroll, onboarding, compliance, billing) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Lead and supervise internal teams to achieve KPIs, service quality, and performance targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, contract status, billing, and client payments.
  • Ensure all processes comply with company policies, confidentiality standards, and legal requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement, upselling, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Management, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, HR Outsourcing, and HR Managerial level.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience managing teams is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused, and target‑driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR operational tools.
  • English speaker is a must.
