  • Prepare and submit weekly HR reports.
  • Participate in weekly meetings.

Overview

Position: HR Office (Site based) at the site office in Konawe Utara (Sulawesi). The role supports recruitment, onboarding, and general HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop job flyers to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s LinkedIn account (PT. AKP) for employer branding and recruitment purposes.
  • Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process.
  • Schedule, organize, and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Post job vacancies.
  • Manage and update employee data in the Sunfish HR system.
  • Develop and maintain the organizational structure of employees.
  • Induction programs for new employees.
  • Coordinate annual medical check-ups for existing employees.
  • Prepare and submit weekly HR reports.
  • Participate in weekly Friday meetings.
  • Summarize and report interview results.
  • Organize and schedule interview sessions for candidates.
Candidate Requirements
  • Having minimum Bachelor's degree is a MUST
  • Experienced as HR Generalist at least 1 year
  • Direct experiences handling HRIS is a plus
  • Fluent in English (both Spoken and Written) is a MUST
  • Willing to be placed at Site Office, Konawe Utara (Sulawesi) with roster based
