Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Officer role with onsite work at our operating location in Alam Sutera. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for managing HR Policies, creating job descriptions, and developing employee relations. They will also be responsible for managing the overall HR function of the company.

Responsibilities

  1. Employee Lifecycle: Develop and implement standardized processes for the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, retention, and off-boarding.
  2. Recruitment: Strategically manage the talent acquisition process, including headhunting, vendor engagement, and job portal management.
  3. Onboarding: Design and implement structured onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate effectively into the company.
  4. HR Policies: Develop, update, and implement HR-related policies to align with company growth.
  5. Management Activities: Manage internal events, new initiatives, and operational reporting.
  6. HR Operations & Administration: Oversee contract management, employee records, and financial transactions related to HR functions.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, reporting directly and actively contributing to strategic decision-making.
  8. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in taking responsibilities to support the company's evolving needs with respect to future growth.
  9. Administrative Task: Assist the CEO's day-to-day tasks, manage schedule and communications, gather documents, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Language proficiency: English is a must, Chinese (Mandarin) or any other language is a plus.
  3. Strong experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) policies.
  4. Expertise in the development of job descriptions and employee relations.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  6. Office administration skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Knowledge of HR Laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  8. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. Experience in executive-level administrative support is a plus.
  10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment in decision-making.
