HR Manager - Retail/Hospitality

The working venue is in Central Jakarta.

Our client is a Japanese Retail/Hospitality company. Currently, they are looking for HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Payroll Process.
  • Industrial Relations.
  • Lead and oversee the entire Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) team to ensure effective operations across all HR functions.
  • Develop team capabilities and foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and Office Group policies.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Formulate mid-to-long-term HR strategies, including workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
  • Support business growth through data-driven decision-making in hiring, development, and employee engagement.
  • Provide strategic input on organizational structure and talent development initiatives.
  • Coordinate hiring needs and training initiatives across departments.
  • Report regularly to HQ Japan and ensure smooth communication with all teams.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from any major.
  • Business level English.
  • More than 3 years experience as HR Head experience in Non-Manufacture sector.
  • Has strong experience in organizational and people development include hiring.
  • Has stable career.
