Job Description

As a 'Country HR Manager,' your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the HR team and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Overseeing all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with local regulations.
  • Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Implementing training and development programmes to enhance workforce skills.
  • Managing employee performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Advising senior management on HR strategies and issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'HR Manager' should have:
