Job summary

A foreign investor company in coal mining is seeking a qualified Personnel Manager in Jakarta. Job description

Assist the leaders of the group and business units in taking full responsibility for personnel management in Jakarta according to the company's development strategy, including human resource planning, job placement, employee recruitment, onboarding, job transfer, resignation, promotion, employee relationship handling, salary incentive, and other personnel management systems.

Responsible for daily personnel management work, ensuring comprehensive coordination among departments, establishing, improving, and effectively implementing various personnel rules and regulations, implementation rules, and related work processes.

Handle employee labor and personnel related complaints, maintain employee relationships, and assist in labor dispute arbitration and resolution.

Establish and improve employee compensation incentive mechanisms, review, evaluate, and revise incentive plans and salary management related systems for each department, as well as salary management work such as salary evaluation and accounting.

Manage personnel in the department, including personnel recruitment, performance evaluation, training, and development.

Other temporary matters arranged by superiors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources management, labor and social security, business management, etc. is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in personnel management in large enterprises, fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, proficient in various office software.
  • Logical rigor, clear organization, good analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and professional ethics.
  • Need to accept occasional business trips to South Kalimantan.
