Kandidat idealnya memiliki pengalaman 3-5 tahun dan mampu merumuskan serta melaksanakan kebijakan HR secara mandiri. Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement recruitment plans, optimize processes, screen, interview, and select candidates, and expand and maintain recruitment channels such as universities and talent markets.
Compensation and Benefits Management: Design and improve the compensation system, calculate salaries, distribute bonuses, implement benefits programs, and ensure compliance with social insurance and housing fund regulations.
Performance Evaluation and Employee Development: Build and optimize performance evaluation systems, conduct regular assessments, provide improvement suggestions, and organize training and talent development programs to enhance employee quality and capabilities.
Daily Administration and Logistics Management: Handle administrative tasks such as office maintenance, procurement of office supplies, and meeting organization; supervise attendance, plan team-building activities, and foster a sense of belonging and corporate culture among employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in human resource management; candidates with a background in the education industry or business schools are preferred.
Familiar with the six core functions of human resources; knowledgeable about Indonesian labor laws, social security, and compensation systems; capable of independently formulating and implementing HR policies.
Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently managing cross-departmental matters, with excellent execution and a strong sense of responsibility.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficient in English or Chinese, with preference given to candidates familiar with Chinese.
