An established industry player is seeking a dynamic HR and Administration Manager to oversee a comprehensive range of HR, administration, and compliance activities. This role involves leading a dedicated team, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and fostering collaboration across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in general affairs, with at least 5 years of leadership experience. Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR, administration and compliance activities including recruitment, conducting training, owner interest, setting up company policies/regulations, and managing government relationships.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Organize and collaborate with department heads from Legal & Internal Affairs, Hygiene & Safety, Customer Relations, and CSR division.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, psychology, management, or a related field.
Male or Female with previous experience in general affairs, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
Proven track record of success in general affairs, operations management, or a similar leadership role.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong skills in legal & tax, human capital, CSR, and customer relations.
Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
