Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for various departments, ensuring timely hiring of top talent.
Partner with leadership to identify current and future staffing needs.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to startup dynamics.
Build and promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates.
Oversee and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration and compliance.
Review compensation structures and ensure alignment with company policies and market standards.
Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain employee records and HR systems with high confidentiality and integrity.
Act as a strategic partner to department managers, supporting their team and performance management needs.
Advise on organizational development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Manage and mentor junior HR staff, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Drive a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in a startup or mobility/transportation/logistics company is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and BPJS administration.
Fluent in Mandarin or English (both spoken and written).
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
