PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in the Hospitality sector for HR Manager [Japanese Speaker] for placement in Jakarta (Will have business trip in domestic area).

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Employee development & Training
2. KPI assessment
3. Other duties assigned (as Translator JPN to Eng/JPN to IDN)

Qualifications:

1. Willing to go on business trips (domestic & international)
2. Fluent in Japanese (Has JLPT N1/N2)
3. Experienced in HR roles
4. Preferred from Hospitality & IT industry
