Job description

The HRBP drives the implementation of the Human Resources country and regional strategic objectives by building partnership and creating valuable relationships with designated business area/s meant to align the latter’s business objectives with HR strategies and initiatives and sharing responsibility for goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop and/or customize HR strategies and programs that suit business objectives in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Policy Formulation and all other HR and related Company initiatives and programs.

Ensure that all HR programs and activities are implemented as per the policy, process and guidelines. Regularly audit the compliance with the process and standards and recommend improvement or changes as necessary.

Drive the implementation of the People Tempo/HR Annual Cycle on e.g. Performance & Goals, Salary Review, Talent Management and other global/regional programs and initiatives within Airbus.

Ensure that all employees understand all HR-related policies, guidelines, memoranda, programs, initiatives, tools, and processes.

Participate in OP, Resource Review, and Budget exercises to provide HR inputs to the business, ensuring the implementation and guidance of the approved plan each year.

Anticipate and integrate change management principles and interventions into any programs, events, and activities that impact employees to ensure buy-in and the success of the initiative. Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and minimizing disruptions to the workforce.

Ensure the Succession Plan Program is in place and regularly reviewed. Partner with leadership to identify key talent needs and develop comprehensive talent management strategies.

Ensure that learning and development interventions and development plans are implemented on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Address complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers in resolving workplace conflicts.

Partners effectively with the Center of Excellence (CoEs) e.g Develop, Rewards, Talent Management, etc. to develop, deliver and promote the Country/Regional initiatives that support the business strategy.

Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, emerging trends on HR and topics that impact Human Resources practice. Provide guidance to management on legal and regulatory issues related to HR.

Foster a collaborative and positive HR team culture. Lead and/or support HR projects aimed at improving HR processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.

Carry out any other task as directed by the superior .

BA Human Resource/Administration or related discipline.
